About the event

In my personal journey as well as in my work with others, I have observed that for many, transforming their life is just the start. Transformation, as envisaged in the Living from the Heart process, is about freedom: achieving the freedom to live life on your own terms, throwing off the things that have held you back, limited you, and stopped you from being authentically yourself.

Living from the Heart is not a project that you can do and then sit back with a feeling of satisfaction, saying, “there, I’ve done it.” There’s much more to it than simply answering the first three of Life’s Hardest Questions. Living from the Heart inspires you to ask, “what’s next?” To figure that out, you’ll have to transcend the quotidian.

If you want to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, this discussion is for you. We may or may not ask the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe and Everything (to which the answer may or may not be 42) but we’ll explore why, and how, we might want to go about it.

Join me in this 90-minute discussion in which we will explore what happens when we ask Life’s Hardest Question Number Four and begin to delve into the realms of metaphysics: Philosophy, Spirituality and Mysticism.
