From the Heart is led by Bernard Kates, Lesley Moran and Debby Spaltmann, three practitioners who bring together different experiences but share the same belief: that life and leadership work best when they begin with authenticity. Between us, we combine backgrounds in personal development, coaching, mentoring and senior leadership — a mix of insight and practice that grounds everything we do. What unites us is a commitment to presence, courage and connection, values that shape both our work and the way we work together.
