From the Heart is led by Bernard Kates and Debby Spaltmann, two practitioners who bring together different experiences but share the same belief: that life and leadership work best when they begin with authenticity. Between us, we combine backgrounds in personal development, coaching, mentoring and senior leadership — a mix of insight and practice that grounds everything we do.
